I'm one of the publishers of All About Romance. I love reading romance, as well as mysteries, fantasy, history and historical fiction, and all kinds of other things. Staying on Goodreads for now but trying this out in case I decide to switch.
The Game of Kings (Lymond Chronicles #1)
This is one of the few books I happily reread. Stylistically, the writing is beautiful, and as I read, I feel like I'm dealing with a storyteller who is testing my mind. And then there's the hero. I have to admit that Francis Crawford of Lymond was probably my first big book crush - Dorothy Dunnett writes a mighty compelling hero here.
